ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship in Northern & Eastern Indiana and Chicago. The 10-week summer program runs 40 hours per week with a wage of $28.00 per hour and overtime eligibility. Participants shadow store managers, engage in operational training, and prepare presentations for ALDI executives.

Education requires pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. The internship provides real-world experience and may lead to a full-time role after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager to learn the fundamental aspects of store operations.
• Assists trainer with administrative tasks (payroll, invoices, onboarding).
• Learns about Customer Satisfaction Pyramid during customer walks and tours.
• Participates in store resets and potential grand openings.
• Maintains professionalism and punctuality in line with company guidelines.
