Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship in Indiana for a hands-on experience in operating multi‑million dollar stores. You will shadow district managers, learn by doing, and may be considered for full‑time opportunities after graduation.

The internship runs 40 hours per week for a 10‑week summer program, paying $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility, serving Central Northeast Indiana and Louisville/Lexington areas.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task.
• Willingness to learn store operations and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn operations and prepare reports for executives.
• Assist with payroll, invoices, and hiring processes.
• Participate in store resets and grand openings if possible.
• Develop subject matter knowledge with assigned team.
