Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to recruit, develop, and oversee 5 to 6 stores in the Altoona area. You’ll ensure operational standards, guest service, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service across all locations.

You will coach leaders, hire and develop teams, drive sales, control costs, and communicate plans. The role requires strong leadership, people skills, and flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in multi-unit management or equivalent leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong focus on Guest Service and team development.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain capable staff.
• Experience driving sales growth and controlling costs.
• Serve-Safe certification is a plus.
