Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Alabama seeks a District Manager to lead 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants, coaching Restaurant Managers, driving sales, profitability, and guest experience while upholding Brand standards.

You will recruit and develop leaders, conduct store visits, analyze performance, and partner with franchise owners to execute campaigns, promotions, and timely LTOs. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants through coaching and direction.
• Develop Restaurant Managers and build strong management teams.
• Drive sales, guest experience, and loyalty while meeting Brand standards.
• Review P&L performance and control labor, food cost, and waste.
• Set goals, analyze performance, and partner with ownership and Brand Operations.
