Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is looking for a District Manager to oversee district accounts and field operations in the Minnesota region. You will lead the provider and technician network, perform site audits, and identify opportunities to expand services while ensuring top-quality maintenance delivery.

You will work with the Regional Manager and National Accounts teams to achieve revenue goals, manage budgets, and drive strategic initiatives across districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience. HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional leadership.
• Perform regular site audits and property visits to support maintenance contracts.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician networks within the district.
• Meet KPIs including weekly visits and revenue targets; manage budgets.
• Support insurance investigations and participate in RFP initiatives as needed.
