Divisions Maintenance Group seeks a District Manager to oversee a designated district, coordinating with Regional and National teams to maintain key accounts and drive service expansion. You will source and manage provider and technician networks, perform site inspections, and pursue opportunities to grow revenue while ensuring high-quality maintenance services for our clients.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software and comfort using mobile devices (iPad/iPhone).
• Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strategic, creative thinker with a positive, extroverted personality; enjoys working with customers and providers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts within an assigned district in coordination with Regional and National teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and property audits to support maintenance contracts.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base to ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond quickly to escalations and customer requests.
• Monitor KPIs and drive weekly visits and revenue in the district.
