Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in Kentucky seeks a District Manager to lead accounts, support maintenance contracts, and grow revenue across assigned districts. You will coordinate with regional and national teams, source and vet providers and technicians, and perform site inspections to uncover opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strategic and creative thinking; engaging personality; comfortable with rejection.
• Significant on-site activity (90%); extensive outdoor site audits; travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional Manager and National Account teams.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and audits; identify opportunities to add services.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base to ensure quality delivery.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and customer requests.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and drive incremental revenue beyond targets.
• Provide market information and contribute to DMG’s strategic planning.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district and travel expenses within budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
