Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in Providence, RI seeks a District Manager to lead the Field team across assigned districts. You will manage accounts, source and vet providers, conduct site audits, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high service quality.

You will collaborate with Regional and National Teams, own RFP initiatives, manage travel and expenses, and contribute to DMG's strategic direction. Bachelor's degree preferred; strong MS Office and CRM experience a plus; valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strategic and creative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and meet on-site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within assigned district.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and audits.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base for quality delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests with urgency.
• Manage time to meet KPIs, including weekly visits and revenue targets.
• Provide market insights and contribute to DMG’s strategy.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district travel and expenses within budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
