Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in the United States is seeking a District Manager to lead accounts within a district, coordinating with regional and national teams to grow maintenance contracts and profitability.

You’ll source, vet, and manage provider and technician networks, perform site audits, and drive opportunities for additional services while meeting KPIs.

The role requires extensive travel, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with smart devices and CRM software is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle required.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strategic, creative thinker with an extroverted, engaging personality.
• Significant on-site activity (90%), extensive travel and occasional long hours.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to meet in-person team and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional Manager.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and audits.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality.
• Respond urgently to escalations and customer requests.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
• Provide market information and contribute to strategies.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers.
• Manage district and travel expenses within budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
