Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee accounts within a district, coordinating with the National Field Team and National Account Management Teams to ensure continued business and growth. You will source and manage providers and technicians, conduct regular site inspections, and drive opportunities for additional services.

You will partner with the Regional Manager to win new business in outlying areas, manage budget and KPIs, and contribute to long-term strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; HS diploma accepted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license with own vehicle; travel up to 90% on-site.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to work independently with strong strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Manager and National Accounts to manage corporate district accounts.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and perform site audits.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and revenue targets for the district and travel within budget.
