Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee accounts within a defined district, coordinating with the National Field Team and National Account Management. You will source and manage provider and technician networks, perform site inspections, and pursue opportunities to expand services and revenue while ensuring high-quality maintenance contracts.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking with a positive, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district.
• Visit corporate customers and perform site inspections for maintenance contracts.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs including weekly scheduled visits and revenue growth.
