Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking a District Manager to lead field operations across assigned districts, collaborating with the National Field Team and National Account Management to manage accounts, perform site inspections, and grow revenue under maintenance contracts.

You will source, vet, and manage provider and technician base, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with the Regional Manager to win new business while achieving budgeted goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional/Account teams.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and audit sites for upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base to ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond with urgency to escalations and customer requests.
• Meet KPIs and weekly visits targets; contribute to revenue goals.
• Provide market insights and support DMG strategic initiatives.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial targets.
• Manage district travel and expenses within budget; support insurance claim investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
