Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a District Manager to lead our field operations across designated markets, ensuring high-quality service and sustained account growth. You will coordinate with regional and national teams to manage accounts, inspect sites, and expand our provider and technician network.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment, with budget accountability and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED accepted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is expected.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Manager and National Teams to establish and maintain district accounts.
• Visit corporate customers to support maintenance contracts and audit properties for upsell opportunities.
• Develop relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage providers and technicians to ensure service quality.
• Respond quickly to escalations and customer requests; manage KPIs and weekly visits.
• Contribute market insights and support district and company strategy.
