Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking a District Manager to lead field operations across assigned districts in the United States. You will manage accounts, source and vet provider networks, and perform regular site inspections to ensure contract obligations are met and opportunities for additional services are identified.

You will collaborate with Regional management to drive revenue growth while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software; proficiency with tablets/phones is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts within a district.
• Perform site inspections and audits for maintenance contracts; identify upsell opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providers, and technicians.
• Source, vet, and manage provider/technician base for quality service delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests with urgency.
• Manage KPIs including weekly visits and revenue targets; control district expenses.
