Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead the performance of Restaurant Management Teams within the district. You will ensure each team meets responsibilities and expectations across all job descriptions.

You will train, coach, and evaluate General Managers and GMITs, drive financial performance, and support local marketing efforts while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience.
• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and provides coaching for improvement; conducts inspections.
• Communicates customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and ensures timely follow-up.
