Kate Spade New York is seeking a District Leader to drive all aspects of the retail business across 8 stores in the New England market. The role focuses on customer service, clienteling, sales, team development and operations, ensuring a modern luxury store experience.

You will lead with integrity, coach Store Leaders, and collaborate with buying, planning, and marketing to tailor the North America strategy to local markets. Expect up to 30% travel and residence in the New England region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years management experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• 30% travel with this role.
• Proven ability to create strategies and deliver results.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Kate Spade Senior Leadership.
• Brand ambassador with the ability to promote Kate Spade in the market.
