Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a District Director to lead 7-12 stores in the Albuquerque area. You will drive sales, improve customer experience, and develop store leaders while managing profitability and district operations.

You will partner with regional leadership to execute strategies, coach store teams, and ensure safety, compliance, and strong merchandising execution across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of store management experience with multiple location oversight.
• Experience performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Knowledge of perishable and non-perishable grocery practices.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and compute margins, discounts, and vol%.

Responsabilités

• Lead district stores and develop store leaders to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales, employee engagement, and customer advocacy.
• Manage district P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and operational plans.
• Coach and develop leadership teams and maintain staffing across stores.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations and brand standards.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Facilities, and HR to execute district goals.
