Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a District Director to oversee 7–12 stores, shaping culture and driving profitability. You will develop store leaders, coach teams in financial acumen and merchandising, and ensure staffing and compliance while partnering with merchant, marketing, facilities, and legal teams.

You’ll report to the Regional Vice President and play a key role in store growth, customer advocacy, and district performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of store management experience with multiple location oversight.
• Experience performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Knowledge of perishable and non-perishable grocery practices.
• Ability to analyze financial statements; basic math for margins and discounts.
• HR practices: recruiting, interviewing, employee relations and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district store teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales, engagement, and store profitability across 7–12 stores.
• Coach leaders on financial acumen, merchandising, shrink management.
• Ensure staffing, hiring, retention, and promotion of Store Managers.
• Partner with merchant, marketing, facilities, and legal teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive action to meet operating goals.
