Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a District Director to oversee 7–12 stores, leading multi-store operations and developing store leaders within the district. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and focuses on driving sales, engagement, and customer advocacy.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance while partnering with merchandising, marketing, and facilities teams to ensure district-wide adherence to Sprouts’ standards and food safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of store management with multi-location oversight.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and budgets.
• Knowledge of perishable and non-perishable retail practices.
