Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team of department managers and receivers. You will ensure compliance with safety, health, labeling, and weights standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage inventory and P&L, coordinate with vendors, and mentor leaders to grow their skills. The role demands strong communication, high integrity, and flexibility for schedule changes including

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and capable of lifting 60 pounds.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail with P&L, safety, and staffing experience.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store business processes and drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of ~10 department managers and receivers with integrity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights standards.
• Oversee inventory, invoicing, and vendor relations; address issues quickly.
• Develop leaders, coach performance, and manage staffing decisions.
