Sprouts Farmers Market in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team across departments with a focus on customer service, safety, and compliance. You will oversee approximately ten department managers and receivers, model Sprouts values, and ensure programs run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or a combination of education and experience.

• Direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets and maintain compliance with safety standards.
