Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple automotive service locations.
• Proven ability to turn around underperforming stores.
• Proven ability to coach and develop store managers.
• Comfort reading P&L statements and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, people, and performance of every location in the district.
• Drive total sales and car count week by week, diagnosing issues.
• Develop store managers into leaders and build bench strength.
• Execute the operating system with lead-measures and consistent standards.
• Improve the customer experience to turn first-time customers into regulars and referrals.
