Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Greenville is seeking a District Manager — Multi-Unit Automotive Service to run a district like it’s their own business. You’ll own P&L, people, and performance across multiple locations, making calls week by week to drive results. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job.

You will build store managers into leaders, execute a defined operating system, and drive customer experience. Expect grit, travel, and accountability as you lead by example.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit operations experience required or strongly preferred.
• Proven track record turning underperforming stores around.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and elevate store leaders.
• Comfort reading and acting on P&L, KPIs, and performance data.
• High level of grit and willingness for road travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the total sale and car count at each store in the district.
• Develop store managers into strong leaders who can operate independently.
• Implement and enforce the defined operating system and lead-measures.
• Improve customer experience to turn first-time customers into regulars.
• Hire top talent, build onboarding, and uphold high hiring standards.
