Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, driving financial performance and leading high-performing teams. You will ensure efficient operations, meet targets, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive repair and retail, plus leadership and strong communication skills. Expect travel, on-site presence, and opportunities for career growth within a growing national tire and auto service network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability under company vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff
• Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression
