Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care Greenville is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple automotive service locations. You will own the P&L, drive performance, and mentor store managers to build a strong leadership bench across the district.

You will implement our operating system, maintain service standards, and focus on hospitality that turns first-time customers into regulars. This role requires grit, travel, and a track record of improving underperforming stores.

Qualifications

• Experience across multi-unit automotive service, quick lube, tire, or service-labor retail environments.
• Proven track record of turning underperforming stores into winners.
• Strong focus on developing managers and leadership bench strength.
• Comfort with P&L, KPIs, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel and work in a road-based role.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, people, and performance for all locations in the district.
• Develop store managers into leaders and build bench strength.
• Execute a defined service sequence and lead-measure discipline.
• Drive exceptional customer experience to convert first-time customers into regulars.
• Hire strong drivers, onboard effectively, and maintain high hiring standards.
