Job summary

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a District Administrator in Channelview, Texas to manage payroll reconciliation, vendor PO oversight, invoicing, and monthly financial closeout for assigned branches, providing essential back-office support.

Responsibilities include accurate time entry, payroll processing, and resolving issues while supporting KPI metrics and revenue compliance. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting or finance required or 4+ years of combined industry experience in lieu of BS.
• 2-5 years of invoicing, accounting or finance and management experience preferred.
• Experience preparing invoices and managing budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Excel formulas and pivot tables; strong MS Office skills across Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation and vendor PO management.
• Billing/invoicing and monthly financial closeout for assigned branches.
• Time entry accuracy, approving hours, payroll processing, and data preparation for payroll.
• Support revenue (Quote to Cash) compliance needs and KPI tracking (DSO, accruals, etc.).
• Assist branches with financial close questions and ensure revenue/cost accruals.
