Job summary

Viva-Distributing-LL in Texas is seeking a District Manager to lead Account Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution with a set group of key customers. You will coach and develop teams, drive company initiatives, and track KPIs.

This role requires a 3+ year Direct Store Delivery background, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff. You will travel regionally, partner with retail decision makers, and uphold safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 6 years’ experience in a similar role in lieu of education.
• 2+ years’ management experience in sales environment.
• Valid US driver’s license and obtainment of DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and track KPI targets for assigned ASMs.
• Spend two days per week on route rides to train and evaluate ASM performance.
• Establish and maintain communications with retail partners/decision-makers to implement programming.
• Teach ASMs selling skills and use retail math to optimize accounts.
• Conduct regular ASM meetings to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and lead peers.
