Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for key customers. You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, and coach your team to improve results.

The role requires 3+ years in DSD management, supervising a team, a valid US driver's license and ability to lift 25 pounds. English required; other languages a plus. This on-site position values leadership, collaboration, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and displays.
English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

Establish KPI targets for Account Managers and oversee monthly indicators.
Maintain communications with retail partners to implement programming.
Spend two full days on route rides to train and evaluate performance.
Teach Account Managers selling skills, role plays, and retail math.
Conduct regular meetings/workshops to improve operations and recognize results.
Collaborate across the organization and lead peers with Red Bull values.
Ensure the Account Manager team understands and follows standards and procedures.
