Job summary

Viva-Distributing-LL is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution with key customers. You will coach, develop, and drive national and local programming while tracking KPI targets and ensuring adherence to company standards.

You will spend significant time on coaching, field rides, and cross-functional collaboration to build a high-performing team and deliver compelling sales results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• 6 years’ experience in a similar role in lieu of education.
• 2+ years’ management experience in a sales environment.
• Valid US driver’s license and obtainment of DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and track KPI targets for assigned ASMs.
• Spend two days per week on route rides to train and evaluate ASM performance.
• Establish and maintain communications with retail partners to implement programming.
• Teach ASMs selling skills and establish a selling process.
• Conduct regular ASM meetings to improve operational expertise.
• Collaborate across the organization and lead by example.
• Ensure ASM team adheres to company standards and procedures.
