Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution and delivering sales growth across a defined customer group.

You will drive KPI performance, coach reps, and partner with retail decision-makers. This role requires 3+ years in DSD, leadership experience, a valid US driver's license and DOT medical card, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution.
• Establish KPI targets and oversee monthly indicators with coaching and reviews.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and lead the team.
