Job summary

RedBull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a group of Account Sales Managers focused on in-store execution for critical customers.

You will drive sales, track KPIs and coach your team to deliver strong results. You will spend route time coaching, training and evaluating performance, while maintaining strong partner communications and implementing national/local programming.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish Sales/KPI targets for each Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate Account Manager performance.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills through the established selling process.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve expertise and recognize results.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and lead peers with best practices.
• Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace and exemplifies values.
• Ensure the Account Manager team understands and follows standards and procedures.
