Job summary

Matador Dist in Atlanta, GA is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers (ASMs) and drive in-store execution for key customers. You will coach, develop, and evaluate ASM performance while ensuring alignment with national and local programming.

The role requires 3+ years in Direct Store Delivery management, a business-related bachelor’s degree (or 6 years equivalent experience), and strong leadership with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience with track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 6 years' experience in a similar role in lieu of education
• 2+ years of management experience in sales environment

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and track KPIs for each ASM
• Conduct route rides to train and evaluate ASM performance
• Communicate with retail partners to implement national and local programming
• Teach ASMs selling skills and retail math usage
• Lead ASM meetings and share best practices
• Ensure adherence to company standards and SOPs
• Build a diverse organization reflecting the marketplace
