Dexcom, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to build and lead a high-performing district team across healthcare stakeholders. You will coach Territory Business Managers, develop district plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth with data-driven execution.

Remote work with potential hybrid options is available, travel 50–75% as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years in the industry and 2–5 years in management, plus strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team with accountability and growth.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans driving market expansion and revenue.
• Lead field execution across endocrinology, primary care, and health systems.
• Partner with field teammates to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
• Leverage data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, and Operations to execute growth strategies.
