Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Kia Insurance, to drive district-level sales initiatives for insurance products including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, and GAP. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for dealers, providing sales support, training, and consultative guidance to increase product penetration and dealer engagement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience working with automotive dealerships, F&I operations, vehicle protection products, or captive finance/automotive financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals, general managers, finance managers, and F&I teams to improve knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Analyze district performance, dealer trends, and market opportunities to identify growth opportunities and track progress against goals.
