Job summary
Hyundai Capital America, Atlanta-based, seeks a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance to drive district sales initiatives and expand the adoption of Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, and GAP. You will manage dealer relationships, provide training, and guide dealers to meet annual sales targets.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years in sales, account management, or dealer relations with growth targets.
- Experience with automotive finance, F&I, or related field preferred.
- Experience training and supporting dealer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute district sales strategies to increase dealer adoption.
- Manage dealer relationships and serve as primary sales contact.
- Provide training and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
- Analyze district performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve F&I challenges and ensure compliance.
