HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a District Administrator - Industrial Services to handle payroll reconciliation, billing, PO management and monthly close for assigned branches, with daily site presence in Robinson, IL.

This role supports back-office finance, ensures KPI targets, and partners with operations to maintain accurate revenue and cost reporting while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years of combined industry experience considered in lieu of BS.
• 2-5 years in invoicing, accounting or finance with management experience preferred.
• Experience preparing invoices and managing budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Proficient with Excel, formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of finance and accounting terminology.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.
• TWIC not required; preferred to have or obtain within 3 months.
• U.S. Passport required or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensures health and safety compliance in daily operations.
• Handles daily payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, billing/invoicing, and monthly close for assigned branches.
• Leads time entry accuracy, approves hours, resolves discrepancies, and prepares payroll data.
• Supports revenue (quote-to-cash) compliance, including credit, rebill, and contract pricing issues.
• Meets KPIs for branch administration functions (DSO, accruals, vendor invoices, payroll, close).
• Assists branches with finance-related close questions and revenue/cost accruals.
