Wonder in Swedesboro, NJ, is hiring a Distribution Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily distribution center operations—receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and outbound execution—ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

You will partner with the Operations Manager and site leadership to drive performance, productivity, and service. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and real-time decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years leading frontline teams in a distribution or warehouse setting.
• Able to coach staff and ensure performance to standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under fast-paced conditions.
• Experience with WMS and workforce-management tools preferred.
• Knowledge of safety policies and GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, staging and outbound execution.
• Balance labor and workload to meet service expectations and volume shifts.
• Monitor safety, quality and compliance across the facility.
• Partner with Inventory Control, Planning, Transportation, and HR to resolve issues.
• Support start‑up and close-out routines and continuous improvement.
