Wonder is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to lead day-to-day distribution center operations, focusing on safe, efficient, and accurate execution across receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping.

The role emphasizes developing frontline leaders, workforce planning, and performance management in a high-volume warehouse environment with strict safety and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lead 15+ employees in fast-paced shifts.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, food safety, and operational compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and operational growth.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse workflows.
• Ensure operational goals related to productivity, quality, service, and safety are consistently achieved.
• Monitor KPIs including OTIF, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, throughput, shrink, and order accuracy.
• Partner with Transportation, Production, and Site Leadership to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
• Drive operational readiness and execution during peak periods, launches, and business changes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and company operational expectations.
