Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or 6-8 years of equivalent leadership experience.
• 3-5 years in furniture/final mile distribution or manufacturing leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Onsite and in-office role with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and data reporting tools.
• Experience with OSHA safety standards and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop associates to foster accountability and high performance.
• Oversee labor scheduling, shift planning, and attendance tracking for productivity.
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching and corrective actions.
• Conduct safety meetings, training, and safety audits to ensure compliance.
• Drive operational discipline with metric tracking and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily DC operations, ensuring efficient execution and cost control.
• Maintain relationships with 3PLs, contractors, and employees to ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee inventory control and reduce loss or damage.
