Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Distribution Assistant Operations Manager to lead day-to-day distribution center activities in Swedesboro, NJ. You will supervise frontline teams, coordinate labor, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, storage, picking, staging, and outbound execution.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, make real-time decisions, and partner with Inventory Control, Planning, Transportation, and site leadership to drive performance, safety, quality, and service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of lead or supervisory experience in distribution or warehouse ops.
• Experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operation.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily distribution operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, staging, loading, and outbound execution.
• Ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor to meet service expectations.
• Lead and develop frontline teams to achieve performance targets.
• Partner with Inventory Control, Planning, and Transportation to address issues.
