Wonder, a mealtime platform, is seeking a Distribution Assistant Operations Manager to lead frontline teams in a high-volume distribution center in Swedesboro, NJ. You’ll oversee receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and outbound execution while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You’ll partner with Operations, Inventory Control, and Planning to align labor, schedules, and processes, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and compliance

Qualifications

• Two years of lead/supervisor experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience with WMS and workforce-management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily distribution operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, staging, loading, and outbound execution.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor and priorities in real time.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and food safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in operational meetings.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
