You will drive safety, efficiency, and accuracy while guiding Supervisors and hourly teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in distribution, familiarity with WMS and OSHA standards, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics.
• Experience leading 15+ employees and managing complex shifts.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse workflows.
• Monitor KPIs: OTIF, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, throughput, shrink, order accuracy.
• Coach Supervisors and hourly team members; support staffing and development.
