Job summary

Wonder in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to lead day-to-day distribution center operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and accuracy across receiving, inventory, order fulfillment and outbound shipping.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive labor efficiency, continuous improvement, and performance management while upholding food safety, SOPs and company policies in a high-volume warehouse.

Qualifications

2+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Confident leading teams of 15+ employees in fast-paced environments.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
Working knowledge of OSHA, food safety, and operational compliance standards.
Proven ability to lead teams through change and growth.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily distribution operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse workflows.
Ensure productivity, quality, service, and safety goals are consistently met.
Monitor KPIs including OTIF, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, throughput, shrink, and order accuracy.
Partner with Transportation, Production, and Site Leadership for seamless execution across the supply chain.
Drive readiness during peak periods, launches, and business changes.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and company expectations.
