Job summary

Home Depot is seeking an DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and drive efficient, safe distribution center operations. You will hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and may terminate hourly staff while ensuring accurate merchandise handling and implementing team goals.

You will supervise 20–30 associates, coach daily performance, and coordinate with management to meet productivity targets and improve key metrics. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20–30 hourly associates and manage daily operations.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct evaluations, and handle performance-related actions.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, safety, and quality to drive results.
• Coordinate staffing and planning to meet production targets and reduce damages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
