Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an experienced DC Area Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person hourly team in our distribution center. You will hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate staff, and ensure prompt, safe, and accurate handling of merchandise.

You will drive process improvements, coach associates, monitor inventory accuracy, and plan staffing to meet business goals, reporting to the Operations Manager and aligning with the center’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and relocate.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20–30 hourly associates and drive efficient, safe operations.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate staff as needed.
• Coach and develop associates to maintain productivity and quality.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor key metrics.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to align with business plan.
