Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center's operations for safety, efficiency, and productivity. You will handle hiring, evaluation, development, and discipline of hourly associates and manage 20 to 30 staff members.

You will drive process improvements, coach staff, and ensure inventory accuracy while controlling costs. Strong leadership and communication are required for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing hourly associates.
• Familiarity with WMS and office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team to run distribution center operations efficiently.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and terminate hourly associates.
• Drive productivity, safety, and quality metrics.
• Plan staffing and monitor performance against the business plan.
• Report to Operations Manager and coordinate with management.
