Job summary

You will hire, evaluate, coach, discipline and manage 20 to 30 hourly associates while ensuring accurate handling of merchandise and achievement of team goals.

This role emphasizes process improvement, inventory accuracy, and planning to meet business metrics, with daily leadership responsibilities and direct reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supervising hourly distribution teams in a warehouse or DC environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS software; strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team of 20–30 associates to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure adherence to operations procedures and drive process improvements.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, discipline and manage associates; handle performance issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and key metrics; assist with staffing planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and AGMs on goals and initiatives.
