Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and drive efficient, safe, and productive distribution center operations. You will hire, coach, and evaluate associates, and set team goals aligned with the corporate plan.

You will oversee process improvements, inventory accuracy, and staffing decisions, while maintaining strong safety and quality standards within a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Ability to relocate.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20 to 30 hourly associates and oversee daily DC operations.
• Coach and develop associates; hire, evaluate, discipline, and terminate as needed.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control; analyze metrics for productivity and quality.
• Coordinate staffing needs to meet production plans and staffing requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
