The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead the hourly team and influence distribution operations for efficient and safe merchandise handling. You’ll oversee 20–30 associates, drive training and performance, and ensure processes align with the operations plan.

Key duties include coaching, evaluating, and hiring in the department, maintaining inventory accuracy, and planning staffing to meet targets. Travel is occasional, with a focus on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to relocate and work varied shifts.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Flexibility to relocate and work different shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop an hourly team of 20–30 associates for efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to processes; implement changes with Operations Manager input.
• Coach, train, evaluate and discipline hourly associates as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor key metrics for productivity.
• Plan and adjust staffing to meet production targets and business needs.
