Kenco Logistics seeks a Distribution Center General Manager to lead site operations, align with corporate policy, and drive efficiency and profitability. You will oversee safety, quality, and financial controls while shaping long-term strategic goals for the site.

You will coach managers, manage a workforce of salaried and hourly staff, and champion Lean practices such as 5S and Kaizen events to optimize throughput and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Logistics or Business field is required.
• Progressive DC/warehouse leadership experience is required (7+ years).
• Experience with labor/workforce management systems (SAP, Red Prairie, High Jump) is highly desired.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead activities of site management to ensure compliance with operating system and SOPs.
• Maintain safety, operations, quality, financial, legal and regulatory functions on site.
• Develop long-term planning and strategic initiatives for the site.
• Own site KPIs, BI/PM improvements, and P&L indices; report to stakeholders.
• Promote Lean culture with 5S, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement.
